Ashley Alley is CEO of Izingwe Financial Investments, an investment holding company focusing on the manufacturing, engineering and financial services sectors.
He was previously the CEO of the Legal Aid Board, where he engineered a turnaround to establish a new board that is financially sound and responsive to the changing conditions in SA.
From 1994 to 1999 he was a strategic executive for the City of Johannesburg, responsible for a joint portfolio that covered metropolitan planning, economic development, transportation, marketing and tourism.
He was also the bid project manager for the World Summit on Sustainable Development.
Alley has qualifications in town and regional planning, engineering, and management & public administration.
