Natasha Andrykowsky is the chief operating officer of Absa Capital and a member of the executive committee. She joined Absa Capital in 2006, first to run the office of the CEO, as part of strategy & planning and later in the role of the business manager for trading. Prior to joining the investment banking industry she worked for Monitor Group. Monitor is a global strategic consulting firm where she worked with global clients in SA, as well as London, Sao Paolo, Moscow and Hamburg. Andrykowsky has a BSc in chemical engineering from the University of Cape Town. She is married and likes to unwind with yoga.
